Ferrari Owners Club

Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Ferrari Owners Club USA (“FOCUSA,” “the Club,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, join or manage a membership, register for events, or shop with us (together, the “Site”).

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you apply for or renew a membership, create or update your account, register for an event, place a shop order, or contact the Club, we collect the information you give us. Depending on what you do, this may include your name and the names on your membership badges, your email address, phone number(s), mailing and shipping addresses, your region affiliation, details about your Ferrari(s) (such as model, year, and serial number), event registration details (including any meal or dietary selections you enter), and the contents of messages you send us.

Account and sign-in. We use Clerk to create and secure member accounts. When you accept your membership invitation and sign in, Clerk processes your email address and sign-in credentials on our behalf and sets cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in.

Payments. Membership dues, shop orders, and paid event options are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy; the Club does not receive or store your full card number. We keep records of your transactions — such as what you bought, the amount, and the associated billing and shipping details — to fulfill orders, manage memberships, and keep our books.

Email. We use SendGrid to send transactional emails (for example, membership confirmations, order and registration receipts, and renewal reminders) and, if you opt in, Club news and campaign emails. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe and undeliverable status.

Log data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers collect standard server logs, such as IP address and request data, for security and operational purposes.

Cookies. The Site uses cookies that are necessary for signing in and keeping your session secure, and it remembers your light or dark appearance preference on your device. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to create and administer your membership and account; process dues, orders, event registrations, and refunds; send transactional messages and, where you have opted in, Club news; operate, secure, and improve the Site; maintain Club records; and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that operate the Site and the Club’s systems on our behalf, and as required by law. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us. They include:

  • Clerk member accounts and authentication
  • Stripe payment processing and subscriptions
  • SendGrid transactional and opted-in campaign email
  • Vercel website hosting and infrastructure
  • Neon database hosting
  • AB DEV TEAM LLC website development and maintenance

We may also share information when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Club, our members, or others.

Your Region

If you belong to a regional chapter, your Club record is associated with that region, and your region’s administrators may view and export member contact information for that region to run regional activities. Exports of member data are recorded.

Email Choices

You control whether you receive Club news and campaign emails: manage your preferences from your account, or use the unsubscribe link in any campaign email. We may still send you transactional emails necessary to your membership and purchases — such as receipts and renewal reminders — even if you opt out of Club news.

Data Retention

We keep membership, order, and event-registration records for as long as you are a member, and afterward as needed to maintain ordinary Club and financial records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information you have provided, subject to records we are required or reasonably need to keep.

Your Choices & Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. You can also review and update much of your information directly from your account. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. The Site does not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
